These terms apply when you browse Health Agency Watch, create an account, use HAW Academy or work in an authorised professional workspace.
Protect your account, respect other people’s rights and do not upload confidential patient information. HAW is an educational and research platform, not a medical or emergency service.
1. Accounts
General HAW accounts are for adults aged 18 or over. Provide accurate information, keep your password secure and report suspected unauthorised use.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use HAW to break the law, impersonate another person, manipulate records, bypass security, distribute malicious material or deliberately publish misleading health claims.
3. Your content
You remain responsible for the accuracy, sourcing, accessibility and permissions of material you upload. HAW may host, process and review that material only as needed to provide the service.
4. Service boundaries
HAW provides education, research communication and professional-development resources. It does not provide diagnosis, emergency support or personalised medical advice.
Use of HAW is also subject to the Privacy Notice, Cookie Policy and Accessibility Statement.
